Terms of Use
Last updated 8 August 2026 · DroneLabel is created in-house by In-House Media, Queensland, Australia
What DroneLabel is
DroneLabel turns your aerial drone photos into labelled marketing images. You upload photos, the app suggests landmark labels, and you export finished images. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Free exports and credit purchases require signing in with a Google account, so your credits and free allowance stay attached to you rather than to one computer. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Every new account includes five free exports, which carry a small DroneLabel watermark. Paid exports are watermark-free.
Your content, your responsibility
- You must own, or have permission to use, every photo you process — including any drone-operation approvals your shoot required.
- Labels are generated from third-party map data and your own edits. Check every label before publishing — you are responsible for the accuracy of images you export and share.
- Exported images are yours to use commercially. Agency logos and trademarks in your exports remain the property of their owners; use them only with permission.
AI features
- Some features (sky replacement, scene relighting, automatic label placement) use generative AI. Output is produced fresh on every run and will vary between renders; re-running the same option produces a different result.
- AI sky replacement is designed to change lighting and sky only, and our instructions to the AI require the physical content of the scene to be preserved — but generative output is not guaranteed. Review every AI result before publishing, and don't publish an image that misrepresents a property.
- If an AI generation fails, the credits it charged are returned automatically.
Credits & payments
- Exports and AI features use credits, priced in Australian dollars: $1.50 for a single credit, $9.90 for 10, $23.50 for 25, $89 for 100. A standard export uses one credit; AI sky replacement uses two. Prices are shown at purchase and may change for future purchases.
- Credits never expire. Paid credits are used before free ones.
- Payments are processed by PayPal. Credits are non-transferable. Because credits are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable — but if something's genuinely gone wrong, contact us and we'll be reasonable.

No warranty

The legal frame
